This Annual Wine Festival starts on the Thursday preceding the second weekend of September.
Thursday and Friday – 5pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday – 11am to 8pm
This annual wine festival is held on the third weekend of September, including the preceding two days (18 to 21 September 2014) in the main square of Panzano (Piazza Bucciarelli). Wine from many Panzano wineries will be available to be sampled. With the purchase of a “tasting glass” for 12 euros, you are entitled to taste the wines on display at the booths of about 19 wineries. Food stands are also usually available.
There is a fine festive atmosphere, with live music on Saturday and Sunday.

Sunday, August 10: “Goblets of Stars“
from 10.00 to 24.00 – with market of artisan products, short chain; from 5.00 p.m. food and wine tastings and strolling music with the “Dixie Band Street Parade” from 7.00 p.m.; opening night of the Archaeological Museum of Chianti from 9, 00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., with the possibility of guided observation of the stars with Italian Amateur Astronomers Union of Siena Price starting from 9.30 p.m. at the exterior walkway of Via delle Volte.
Domenico 10 Agosto: “Calici di stelle”
dalle 10.00 alle 24.00 – con mercatino di prodotti artigianali e di filiera corta; degustazioni enogastronomiche dalle ore 17,00 e musica itinerante con la “Dixie Band Street Parade” dalle ore 19,00; apertura notturna del Museo Archeologico del Chianti senese dalle 21,00 alle 23,00, con possibilità di osservazione guidata delle stelle grazie all’Unione Astrofili Italiani di Siena a partire dalla ore 21,30 presso il camminamento esterno a Via delle Volte.
